Know exactly how you feel I had a simlar smash but on the o/s, They wrote it off as they wouldnt invest the money to have an engineer look at the Engine internals, I bought it back off them and luckily the engine was Fine no damage at all Still cost a fair bit to rebuild although a face lift and a fewe extrras like decats Morrettes sti rears and P1 fog did bump it up a touch

Hope your back happy motoring soon

Know how you feel Mick - I feel really sick as well my car was vandalised last week and will probably cost about £2K to fix, luckily think its only bodywork and not mechanical.

Charlie wrx/sti,
what is being done for £2000.00?Give us a call,it may be cheaper to ship it to us.Many people from your area have had work carried out in this manner and not only saved money but also got a better job.We have an unriveled passion for scoobs.Give us a ring, you never know we may just be of use.

Kev - £2k was only a rough estimate, has got passenger door and nearside back door completely kicked in (can't open nearside door), boot shaped dent in the back panel and the petrol door doesn't shut properly, drivers window has big scratches on it where they have either tried to break in or caught it while trying to kick off the wing mirror. Scratches and dent to back bumper.

Where are you based?

We are the Scooby Clinic in Chesterfield and can easily arrange to pick up your vehicle on a transporter and bring it to our workshop to see the scooby doctors. Is it possible to E mail us (info@scoobyclinic.com)a few pics of the damage for a more accurate estimate. Or simply give us a bell on (01246) 590807 and we can discuss this matter further.

The Guy`s at scoobyclinic really know there scoobs inside out. I don`t think there is anyone else in the country your scoob would be more safe, being repaired to showroom standard by enthusiasts. Hi dan just finished your film for ya.See you on Friday.

Cool

Well if you look at the dates you all might have guessed that I have go my Scooby back. I picked it up to day from Scoobyclinic you have all seen threads put on here about Scoobyclinic well its all true very true.
There workman ship is 1st class in every way from respraying to engine rebuilds performance customer service the list could go on and on and on.
We all know what our cars mean to us all if you what peace of mind workman ship that is carried out to 110% dedication. All our cars a the same but we all have that part that little thing that makes it different to everyone else’s that what Scoobyclinic is. What they did to my car was only the tip of the ice berg what they can do and even more.
It has been 8 weeks since I have driven my car and they have transformed the car from what you see on the picture to what you will see when the pictures are posted tomorrow. It is hard to put it in to words how to thank them I think this is the best way to let every one know about them.
Once again a BIG thank to everyone at Scoobyclinic.
If you want to see the end result at first hand come to the long Eaton meet on the Sunday January 25th see Midlands.
Mick a very happy man

Hello!
Just posting to back up everything that's been said on here, I picked my car up from Scoobyclinic last saturday after a month off the road.

I had an encounter with a Vectra on a country lane less than 2 cars wide covered in a sheet of ice, resulting in being wedged side by side between the banks. This required 2 new doors on driver's side, inc both handles and rear window, back wing inc petrol flap, wing mirror, a front bumper repair and trim bits and more stuff that wasn't immediately obvious. This was all replaced to showroom standards at a price that can't be knocked! (Unfortunately at 24 with 4 yrs unprotected NCB and a £650 excess this came out of my own pocket! Bye bye holiday 04!)

The work is spot on, and the service is how dealers *should* be - personal, efficient, friendly, supremely knowledgable and helpful.

I'll not look back for servicing, upgrades (or repairs - hopefully never again!)Scoobyclinic everytime

Kev and the lads have a great set up which is totally customer focussed, well done. It is a business operating how it should, excellent sercice at the right price making money because it is busy - perfect.

Kev - I forgot to ask about the pics, did you remember to take the before and afters? MY00 Mica red turbo.

I'll be back

Si

A big thank you to everyone concerned. Its nice that our efforts and dedication are appreciated, after all there is no "I" in team. We do keep a photo diary of every vehicle we repair, before, during and after completion.

Once again thank you all very much.

Cheers
