In fact have you both been going through the csa for a while? The swapping to the new scheme of 15% for 1 child etc was to take ages transferring everyone across, so he might have been moved to the new system and you might still be on the old?

That guy is not changing anything! He's just up on a crane being a prat. If he wants to try and make some REAL changes there are better ways of doing it. I wouldn't want a Father like that. If he falls off he dies. Then he'll be a fat lot of good to his daughter.

I think the word is "desperation"?
I was considering allsorts when I couldnt see my kids - until you experience it I dont think you would ever understand completely how low you can get and what you would do to see them!

Everyone's different. Some Fathers couldn't give a monkeys so saying 'until you're in that situation' is b0llox. Some people might get desperate but many don't. Its not that i don't care about Fathers who want to see there kids but can't see them. But i also care about many other things and can't do anything about them. So some bloke on a crane bringing chaos to a busy part of London just makes me think to$$er, doesn't mean i don't care. Im sure many other people feel like that too.

And anyway its not the bloke on the crane thats holding the traffic up its the muppets who have cordoned off the square mile surrounding the crane - FFS, he aint coming down for a while so he aint gonna hold the traffic up.

Good luck to him............
But i beleive the reason that they cannot turn the crane away from the road and fix its position is a safety issue. Its safer for him if the crane is moving inline with the wind...

Jody unfortunately you are in a very tiny minority when it comes to this. I get to see my son every two weeks because thats what the court says and no more, I'd see him all the time if I could, the poor bloke up the crane hasn't seen his daughter for 8 months even though the court has given him access times, the mother just refuses I have been threatened with this before myself where she has blackmailed me over something with my son and if I don't do as she says bye bye to seeing my son As soon as I go to my solicitor its a case of having to wait to get it to court, then you have to serve notice on her and then when she gets to court she can lie her ar$e off and get away with it and the courts just arnt interested
The whole system is a waste of time, outdated, and a total joke. Its quite simple, the courts/judges couldn't give a flying toss about fathers rights. As for the court welfare officers, dont even go there, they are the biggest bunch of muppets on the face of the plannet
Unless the mother is a reasonable person and does whats best for the child then a bloke has no chance
