Me and Mrs Chip were in town shopping a while back on a Sunday and heard one guy ring his Mrs and asked her to get him a copy of the Mail on Sunday and the Times.
Mail on Sunday. Poor bugger is mentaly ill as well

Thinking about it. It's quite sensible to buy the Mail and Times if your homeless because theres more pages to keep the heat in.
