Has anyone put a link up on any of the Evo sites?

Seroiusly though Paul, could this be somehow related to some recent high profile magazine apparences, like you said when i was last down, everyone knows the 22B!! you've posibly opened your doors to the wrong kind of customer??

Roy

Hi Guys

thanks for all the support and bumps!

The car is on the MLR too.

To be fair, probably long gone, I would imagine it was to order, as they moved and damaged several very nice cars, including *that* white one to get it out

The other sad thing is their method of entry means they must have been here and in the workshop to learn where to get in. That is the most galling thing of all.. I have met and shaken hands with the low lifes that did this.. .. and almost without doubt they are reading this now.

sadly it means we may have to review our "Open" workshop policy .. at least to customers whom we haven't met before. Something that we really don't want to change.

Christian. or no .. Not funny. Obviously somebody liked it enough to rack up £50k worth of loss and damage to obtain it.. ... I trust that you never find yourself in this position "mate"

Sadly, I think that will indeed be the case

Was just reading an article about this, which stated most cars are on a ship 24 hours after the crime was committed, stickers can be removed in an instant, resprays not uncommon as well, all in the same timeframe.

Oh well, nothing wrong with hoping, good luck.

Ouch. I'm no detective but I think someone who stole it knows a bit about Evos and is doing it to scam for the parts. Especially since you guys have a reputation of putting good stuff into your cars. Hope you find it soon and give those cvnts what they deserve..

Paul this actually sounds like a good idea. It's nice that you have an 'open door' policy but certainly in the interim period I think that everyone would understand. As you have said old customers who you know personally are a different story.

Have you thought about a pet Rotweiller who would live on site?

Nathan..

I can't believe I'm reading this I am suprised as ever that they have taken such an obvious car, surely someone must know it's where-abouts! Someone somewhere on these boards (lurkers even) must know or have heard something.

Feel Sorry for you

well you have shaken my hand m8, and this is one (of two)hands that doesn't nick cars.

sadly it means we may have to review our "Open" workshop policy .. at least to customers whom we haven't met before. Something that we really don't want to change
i didn't know about this policy, but wouldn't dream of walking in anyway, just in case someone told me to "get out".

Hope u get the car back anyway m8 and the police catch the low life scum sucking b@stards that did it.

Sorry to hear about the motor being nicked, although after my (and many other) comments that the car received on the other thread I couldn't help giggling when I realised which car had gone.

All the same, good luck with getting her back and getting the tw@ts who nicked it.

Probably the only time when a TWOC'd car will be returned looking better than before. <cackle> sorry.
