I am still waiting on a set of injector adptors and now need a new clutch before I get mine booked in

I know I should phone PE.... but I have sent them THREE emails with some queries and asking for extra work quotes if I go with the group buy... not a single response.....

If they aren't that interested then i'll take my money elsewhere (especially as it will cost me about 80 quid in petrol to get their anyhow and there is a mor local mapper by me!!!) GRRRRR

Oh and by the way I'm picking the exhaust up tomorrow and already have an uppipe ready for fitting too..... So i'll get them done in the next week and send you a cheque PDQ if PE answer my mails!!!!

I know its old technology but have rung PE twice now and they answer straight away and answer all my questions, go on try it!!!

Give them a bell its the quickest way, atm they are jammed with work so have little time to answer email questions. It took 2 weeks for them to get back to me about the Group buy email I sent them originally.

They are a friendly bunch and will answer most of your questions straight away.

Oh yeah and no need to send me a cheque as we have had enough deposits to secure the lowest price. You will have to book your car in with PE so you will have to phone them anyway

I rang them today the answered pretty quick. I can't get down there untill after new year as my boss has booked soooo much work in so they asked me to ring back in new year to book.

I have a tek2 at the momnet, do you think PE will let me upgrade to a tek3 as part of this group buy?? If so I may have to give them a call! (IF I am not too late!!).

As far as PE understand there is no such thing as a TEK3. TEK3 was invented by the Ozzys and adopted by some of the programmers over here

From what I think you have been told the TEK1/2/3 is

Tek1, a general download onto your ECU like a PPP ECU.

Tek2, a general download of existing programs that cater for all your mods such as a decat, FIMC, induction kit

Tek3, is a remap to you actual car and its mods.

PE said that their TEK2 / Phase2 is identical to what you understand that a Tek 3 is. They download the closest matching software to your car then alter the program if it requires some more fettling.

This is what I have been told so I could be wrong!!!!

If you are not sure give PE a bell as EcuTek is their sister company and is located right next door to them.
