Homer walking back through the woods, and he sees the billboard with "DIE" on it, screams with horror. The wind blows the trees to show the word "DIET" and he's even more horrified. Class.

Or the Hell scene where Homer just keeps eating the donuts. Omp Omp more...

There are too many scenes to list!

Southpark does rely on being rude and has way more 'average' episodes but the good ones are way funny. For instance "Scott Tenerman must die" - this episode is too clever in the way the scams are pulled off and the final result is awesome, If you've not seen it, get it!

Best show ever - My favourite has to be the one where Bart rips off Australia by placing a collect call... make me laugh out loud every time - espescially the Crocodile Dundee send up -'knifey/spoony'

Cool

something pretty close too...

[homer] Son, weaseling out of things is the only thing that seperates us from the animals.

[bart] except the weasel, of course.

[homer] d'oh!

PS - did watch the Simpsons tonight, but not that episode.

I like the "Alien" send up. Santa's Helper got stuck in the Schools ventilation system, so they sent in Groundskeeper ***** with a motion tracker to get it. PMSL

Not watched South Park in ages - LMAO at the "Chicken Lover" episode.

The terminator 2 send up was class - Homer climbing up the back of flanders car using 2 golf clubs

Must agree with Comic book guy - defo one of the best characters on there - esp when Homer set up his own ISP, CMB complaining his net connection isnt fast enough when downloading saucy pics of Captain Janeway...

I like one when Bart joins the junior campers, hes reading the junior campers handbook when homer comes in and says: "Well if it isn't the leader of the weiner patrol, brushing up on his nerd lessons"

Marge: why don't you help out at the old folks home?

Homer: I am trying to do a good deed marge, I'm not running for jesus!

Only thing that annoys me is that I only have threee seasons on dvd and I don't know how long its going to be before I can say I have all the episodes.

Scott Tenorman must die is one of the funniest cartoon episodes of all time.

"Tax evasion is a very serious crime!" - will only make sense to those who have seen it.

one of my personal favourites is the end sequence of the brown noise!

I love southpark, it is capable of making me laugh harder than the simpsons does, but no way near as consistently. It is also no way near as clever.

I am a big fan of very clever british comedy such as yes prime minister and the subtlety of black adder, but for sheer comic genius the simpsons is leagues in front of anything else.

Last nights episode on BBC2 was a classic.
The one where Marge gets artificially insemminated by the aliens.

Alien: We have replicated the most popular places for human mating: 1, the back seat of a Camaro, 2, down a backstreet alley etc etc

Marge: hmmmm , I'll that the alley then.

Hilarious!!

Cool

The Simpsons still crack me up every time I see them.
My favourite episode is the one where Homer jumps Springfield gorge on a skateboard and doesn't make it. When they are pulling him up on the stretcher, hitting every rock PMSL

Still my favourite cartoon ever is Ren and Stimpy. The episode where Stimpy starts selling his furballs had me in stitches. The Lummox spotting episode was a close second.

Simpsons is always funny - very rare to find a bad episode, even some of the very first where they all sound so different.

Fave characters:
1. Chief Wiggum
2. Grandpa Simpson
3. Comic guy
4. Otto

Fave southpark episode is "chicken f*cker" - cartman as a cop with massive shades on his tricycle hitting civilians with his truncheon "respect my authoritaaa".

Simon.
