Sore Testicle.

You should definitely have it looked at. I hade a similar situation just before Christmas three years ago. The doctor had a feel and couldn't rule out something sinister so referred me to a specialist. It was very sensitive, painful, and I could feel a bump. I was convinced it was Cancer.
Ended up having to pay £120 or so to get it done privately as the wait was going to be about a month otherwise. Unfortunately the private healthcare I had at the time didn't cover this (useless).
Anyway, I went along and it turned out to be Epididymis Testes (?) I think it was basically a cyst or something, where the ball and the tube connected to eachother. I think I had antibiotics for it. The woman who did the scan was very caring and it wasn't embarrassing, even though she was rubbing this thing over me after having covered the area with gel! She sent me on my way saying "Now you don't have to worry about it over Christmas..."
Worth the £120 for peace of mind, and the risk of it getting worse in the meantime if I'd had to wait a month and it had been Cancer.

Thanks very much for all the replies fellas, I guess the most suprising thing is how many things it could be besides Cancer. You feel pain down there and you kind of automatically think of Cancer.
Overall I feel better after reading the posts.
I'll bring the post back up when I've been to the Docs and tell you what it actually is.
