If you're over her, and know she's over emotional attachment to you, then go for it as long as it's 1-nighter. But don't let it get in the way of being single and enjoying it (once you're ready to/or once you meet someone).
If only one of you wants more than a quick ****, stay the hell away unless you think both parties could work it out again (although... did you mean to split up really? why? as said before...)

Turn her down, dont think theres much worse for a woman being turned down for sex by a man, dont think they think we have it in us turning it down....

I would say adopt the, "but it might get in the way of our friendship" and, "i really dont think its a good idea, do you?"
Once shes practically licking your boots for a sh@g you can then put your conditions on the 'transaction':
a) you can blast your load on her face
b) you chose the hole(s) used during the transaction
c) she brings:
i) a female friend who is bi-sexual
ii) her sister who is bi-sexual
iii) 2 female friends who are bi-sexual
iv) 2 sisters who are bi-sexual
