Going everyday isnt good but once or twice a month suffices.
Went last week for lunch from work. Order a large Big tasty meal - very nice burger actually. But they give you a 'free' 1.5l share size coke with ur meal (on top of ur usual drink). Yet the big tasty meal is about 79p more than a normal meal. Coincedence?
Simon.

Reminds me of the Lethal Weapon film where Joe Peschi says " They always f**k you at the drive through! they know by the time you realise you are miles away............."
What bugs me is when you ask for a burger with just onions and ketchup and you end up with one that has just had the stinkin pickles picked out!!!! you can still taste them!! Does anyone like them stinkin things, reckon you should have to add them if you want them, no one I know likes them?

If you weren't such a bunch of fussy bug9ers they probably wouldn't get it wrong!
"Ooh, no ketchup, a bit of lettuce, no gherkins, medium-rare burger, no mustard, onions but they must be cut up really small....."
Just eat the fookin thing! If they ever get my order wrong I eat half of it first then go back for another
J
ps Did you know - if your food takes over 10 minutes to be served (and they didn't warn you beforehand) then they have to refund your money!

Yeah, always thought that about the mickey d moaners.....
If you don't like gherkin, just take it out once you get it! It's fast food, not fussy food
If you want service, go to The Ivy.

Best value lunch IMHO is Toby Carvery. For £3.75 you get a Hot Carvery sandwich.
Choose your white/brown bread, baguette, cibatta or panini. Then choose melt in the mouth roas beef, gammon glazed with mustard, roast turkey or a combo of all three.
Then fill your plate with mash, roast spuds, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, stuffing, massive yorkies, onions, swede gravy and some other stuff I probably forgot.
Let me see you beat that for the price
Simon.

And they are in a service industry where the customer is king, so if I want them to make it standing on one leg they better!

Do not ask for special orders with certain ingredients left out. The reason it takes 10-15 mins extra is that the donkeys round the back get pissed off and make it up of all the bits that have fallen on the floor then add their own special nasal garnish from the back of the throat. I have this on god authority from my girlfriend who used to work there.
Also at KFC it is tiny scrawny bits of chicken and a machine forces really hot fat in at high pressure to swell it up, thats why it's greasy. A fat bloke at work used to work there too

HAHA.....show me a service industry with working getting paid the minimum wage that have NO respect for their employers, and I'll show you where the customer comes
Does anyone in the real world really think that the guy behind the counter gives a toss about whether you get a gherkin or not? There's not even anyone accountable in the places to complain to...
Customer service these days is rare, and usually only found in small businesses.

Sure Maccy Ds is unhealthy, but (apart from that) I couldnt really care less if they use the scraggy bits as long as it tastes ok.
I mean, are lips and arseholes really that different to the 'good' bits? Still a dead cow..... (or dog, or gerbil, or whatever it is )

sb - you have answered my question!
you win the tightest shark of the month award, and if claire were to take you up on your generous offer, she will win something too but i am not going to reveal what it is right now, as i don't want to cause unnecessary offence.
