Are you under the impression that all disabilities confine people to wheelchairs?
Having a terminal illness is considered a disability
Losing a limb is a disability
Certain mental illnesses are disabilities
I could go on, but you would probably never understand most of it.

Yes Georgie girl I sure did. I am well known locally for not tolerating ar*eholes, and even before the mobile law my biggest bugbear was ar*eholes who drove while using mobile phones. The guy in the Discovery is not the first person I`ve made my views obvious to and I doubt he will be the last.
