LOL at the startship mileage comment.... Would that be me by any chance, or is there someone else that does crazy mileage a year.
If it were me, I was only talking about my Turbo 2000, which I had for 2 years and did 80,000 miles in that time. The STI7 I have now is a much more sensible 25,000 miles after almost 2 years (15,000 in the first 5 months of ownership). Now it is my trusty company Golf that takes a bashing on the mileage front.
Cheers
Simon

Agree with you all... it was probably the best turn out...
So thanks to everyone for turning up and making it such a great night..
I did, in fact, get to speak to everyone.... Cos I had to didn't I! Someone added the words 'Chairman' under my photo, so I had to be the 'host with the most that night'...
Thanks to Kel, Rob and Shawn for bringing themselves and their motors along. Our three car convoy in was pretty cool... Good drive in parts.
Martin, we'll give you a break on the dirty tag, as you did have the cleanest motor there.
Madgrip had the cleanest engine though... I could have had eaten me burger off the manifold...
However Martin, I do believe that my PC is making a funny whiring noise? Oooh.. listen, maybe a litle tick...? Did you hear that? a definate grinding noise...
Next meet IS the last Thursday in Jan.... I will post anon in a seperate thread...

Hey all, nice turn out good to meet other like minded boy-racers LOL
i do have a picture of each car and a couple of the lineup, i'll erase the plates over the weekend and stick em on my webspace.
Pics a bit dark, I never really like flash photo's they look so... artificial but, it was that dark last night, no choice for handheld shots still at least there's some sort of visual record!
it will probably be sunday night, since im off to the MR-Cruise at donnington tommorow... anyone else coming?
