Man hasn't evolved for many thousands of years. What about the future ability of man to directly manipulate his own genome. Would you consider this evolution or not?
Self genetic manipulation is a good point but I wouldn't consider that evolution. In fact I think the benefit of any such manipulation is finitely limited by our own intelligence, in the same way I believe machines made by man cannot surpass man because they carry the same flaws.
I may be proved wrong, but by the time that happens I will be dead.

Religion and Racisim.
Religion would be better if it was an idea, rather than a belief. You can change and idea, it's a lot harder to change a belief.

Firstly I don't totally agree that humans havn't evolved for thousands of years, rather that at some undefineable point mental advancement began to be at the expense of physical advancement.
