Is that the same as an air flow meter - fitted on to the air intake bax, or is it something different??
Either way should have it.

No its not the same as the airflow meter. It is a small sensor that lives somewhere in the black plastic pipng that feeds air into the airbox. It mounts in either the entrance or exit of the resonator (big black plastic thing that lives in the inner wing near the airbox).
