I sell loads to young uns, mainly in pairs, the reason a lot only have one on is because not a lot of shops sell right handed gloves. Its got even more popular since Ali-G.

All this gang culture is laughable. Forensically speaking, when you fire a gun you are sprayed with particles so there is no advantage to wearing a glove apart from the obvious finger print scenario.

If you fancy yourself as an "Uzi packing brother" and you are wearing a glove be warned because, in a confrontational situation, you have marked yourself as the most dangerous assailant (by your own wish) and therefore will be target #1.... and rightly so.

Amen to that.

It's a gang thing. Nuff said. Goes with the dodgy limp and bad boy jewellry. Funny thing is it's usually kids of 14-16 wearing them and i just love the look on their faces when i threaten to lock them up for going equipped (all cops out there will understand!!)

When I first took up golf I went into the local golf shop and asked for some gloves (cos me hands were getting cold when I was playing). Smarmy saleman asked me if I was left or right handed. When I told him he then gave me a single glove.

"Where's the other one then? Both me hands get cold not just the one!"

"Have we being playing golf for long Sir?" came the reply.
