Thats just fabulous news. I hope they put him away for a good while, though thats unlikely particualarly with the news from David Blunkett yesterday (tuesday).
I have been following the thread since the beginning and am amazed at the real power of the internet. Also the guys doing the pushing have been ace.
Well done.... would make a film

Excellent result!!!! Been following this thread and its great to see the scumbag get caught!! Just got to hope that he actually gets convicted for something, rather getting an all expenses paid trip to Barbados to "reform" his character!!

Nice one!!.. .. really chuffed for you!!
Might not make a film .. but i bet local TV news and paper would appreciate a call.. would make a good story and could deter any young "hopefuls" who may be watching..
All the best
cheers

I guess it points out that lads into max power etc. arent quite that useless. Without cruisers this would have probably ended up keeping a few tramps warm one night.
The police didnt seem to know what to do. How come so many people can spot the car and they cant? Sticks out like a sore thumb,
G-Spot, how did they do a good job? Because they actually responded to a crime for once. One not intended to generate cash for them.

Good news, just shows that there are alot of people out there willing to help a fellow enthusiast.
Hope that the car is repairable and that the muppet responsible gets what's coming to him.
Tell him not to drop the soap.

Fantastic - chalk another result up to the power of the internet.
It would be great to get positive press coverage about this, especially as it's the 'net that made it happen. It would make a refreshing change from the normal accusations of all manners of deviance that are on t'internet...
Chuffed for the owner

yeah good job becuase they actually persude the car and stopped it most stolen car files end when they find the chassis number on a burnt out car
the driver
danny
should go down for a long time as he was apparently found in possesion of 4 credit cards all to different names and was found with the papers and keys to and evo8 and a skoda octavia rs
hopefully he will get a decent sentence

Hey SJ_Skyline, thanks alot for spotting the posts from Dumfries. Without you spotting that, then we may never have even known it was in the area until it was too late.
Top bloke, thanks again.

without being cynical!!
whats the betting he has bail and is back on the streets by the w/end
and he,s free to do it all again
fast track a prosecution and bang him up
10yrs (hard labour) should clear his mind
