Last night I relised that the property market in this country is screwed up. Every Tom, Dick and Harry (or every ugly bint with a dodgy facelift) thinks he/she is a property developer.

There are just too many idiot's out there trying to make a quick buck and its effecting the whole market. Once these people relise they can't make money the market will slow down.

I think people should stick to doing what they are good at.

The very fact that people will pay £300K for a two up two down with a dodgy roof, bowing front and back walls and no interior to speak of simply confirms the market has gone completely stupid.

I'm looking forward to watching it crash and listening to all the greedy bleating ***** like the people on this show who will hopefully lose out big time.

What makes me laugh is everyone on that program has a common sense by-pass, if you a property developing then you are not going to live in the house, every week the fool thats bought the property spends over the budget 'personalising' every friggin room why???? Just do the bare minimum spruce up and job done.

Yes I agree that 1/2mill offer was bogus I reckon and they said they were going to do more developing, just couldnt admit they'd f**ked up big time!
