16 months for being in possession of a forged passport
6 months for failure to stop/reporting an accident

He was NOT penalised for no licence, no tax, no MOT, no insurance or for killing the child.

There is absolutely no point in blaming the Country. Direct your completely justified criticism at the people who administer the Law and dictate the sentences. It needs to be brought home to them very clearly that if they persist in this PC attitude, they will eventually have to find another job!

I'm a taxi driver and see many of these immigrants driving round town at night. Its obvious they have no insurance and it angers me paying over 2000 pounds for mine. If they hit me then I'll be up sh*t creek. I won't get jack sh*t from them.

Last week I got a ticket for jumping a amber light. The following day I saw four kosovans in a old cavalier driving erratically. They pulled up to the lights next to me. A police car then pulled behind me. I gestured to the officer to pull the cavalier. Did they do anything? Did they ****!!! Too much paperwork I have been told so they leave them alone!!!

****ing **** should never have been in this country in the first place, just another parasitic piece of **** overflowing from the toilet this country has become. Turns up on a beach or at a port somewhere to take the **** out of our country and the taxpayer and ends up murdering an innocent kid. Hope he gets beaten to death in prison, deserves to get boiling water poured on his face and genitals. They should box him up and ship him back to his own country.

Glad that old duffer got pulled though, about time the ones who actually cause a good number of the accidents getting the right treatment, the ones the speed scameras dont pick up. the ones that only proper police patrols can pick up, there are signs all over that road with warnings that frustration causes accidents and to allow overtaking! I realise that she was on a D/C bit at the time, but if I dont get stuck behind the freakin asda/safeway rolling road blocks on that friggin road its a miracle. Couple these with people towing fibreglass tents about in the summer and it is hardly surprising that road has such a high accident rate,
