The limiteds came with a carbon fibre rear spoiler to start with, also it would cost a bit more than that tbh, if you look at the import price of one, its not far off 25k for a spec c, (personal import) so for a spec c limited you would be looking at around the 27k price range if you wanted to make any profit at all.

Thats a very bold statment Tony, I think that would depend on drivers.

Your possable right but then again the RS is as ive stated, just a stripped out GSR with a lighter shell, they even give you the option of putting it all back in (defeats the object if you ask me ) where as the Spec C isnt the same as any other impreza in its class, its not just a stripped out car, its different in many other ways too
Anyway, youve seen mine

Wink

The Spec C is a JDM STi
You loose nothing with it, actually you gain a very nice engine note, more refined at low speeds and doesnt feel like a sack of spuds (flame suit on)
Plus when opening her up, they sound rather good, if not better than the flat four sound (more like a jet fighter )

Yup at shell just topping up (again ) its that dodgy fuel gauge, a 1/4 tank = 10 ltrs, i think the reserve must be 10ltrs too

Well ill tell you when i take her over 5k (still in that running in period) but considering they are rated at over 300bhp and lighter than an evo6 gsr by a fair few kg and capable of a sub 12 sec 0-100.... quite a bit

I have a "normal" JDM STi

This also has tubular headers as per the Spec C so the flat four burble has gone.

Good description, especially with an aftermarket back box.

Did you get my mail Tony?

That's funny, this one didn't

And that is a Spec C Ltd.

I think the one advertised at Wicked Kit is definitely a Spec C Ltd, have a look at the roof vent.
Steven knows his stuff, he wouldn't advertise it as a Limited if it wasn't, and it is the right colour

Tony

When I spoke to Ian Litchfield I am sure he said that the Spec C (including Limited) comes with a standard WRX spoiler. The carbon fibre spoiler (the one on Ian's red Spec C Ltd) is an optional extra - costs around £450 I think?

The sound of the red Litchfiled Spec C with the miltek exhaust sounded excellent. Haven't driven an Evo8, so can't compare but the servicing intervals on the Evo8 are a joke IMHO.

Unless, the said Evo is played with (which most are).

Tony,

I remember, just think I was passing that shell for once. D

Unfortunatly, the colt isnt due out untill around 2006 and theres no definate spec or pics yet. There has been only concepts.

Besides, forget the colt i'm gonna rebuild my dandelion to 500Bhp.

Next time I see you at the shell i'll pop in and have a look.
