what pressure is this? i wasn't aware that you had to have a racially integrated dinner party, or a racially integrated group of drinking pals. if people want to draw the blinds and dream of a time when Britain was a nation "purely" of descendents of invaders with white skin - there's nothing to stop them. if you live in an urban area you will have to *see* people from other ethnic backgrounds, you may have to *speak* to them when you go to pay for your petrol (unless you use the pay at the pump thing ), but in your own personal life, you are basically free to associate with who you like and harbour whatever dark and strange opinions that you may happen to have.

well you didn't state that daddy was driving, so it was reasonable to assume that you were driving. i just hope you were in a correctly fitted child seat, and the air bag was disabled.

incidentally, i didn't say anything about your "facts", but now you mention it they don't add up - was it private land? if so what was the bloke in the nissan doing there? was it the public highway? if so what were you doing driving daddy's car?

You talking about irony? Big part of this debate is - or rather was before it started getting petty was about illegal workers in the country which you have admitted to have employed, so does this make you a "gangmaster?"

at the time that he was first employed, he was legally allowed to work. ok, we slipped up in that we didn't realise when his visa had expired and we should have terminated his employment at that time. he was paid ligitimately through PAYE, all NICs etc paid, at the same rate as any other employee on that grade. perhaps you want to try running a company that gives employment to many people that might not otherwise have it, and then tell me how to do my job?
