yeah - i'm not too sure how they could have missed that when designing the ide. the whole concept of "just make it a control" then is just not good enough, particularly as the framework is SUPPOSED to encourage re-use via inheritance.

but other than that, for me the ide is pretty much spot-on.

congrats! i got offered a job after an interview on friday. good position, but the numbers arent right and the area isnt ideal, so im keeping looking. but yeah - there are more jobs out there now. another interview on tuesday this time with a software house which is more what i want. fingers crossed
