Hi Dave

You could always try the Dealer's for a P1 engine as they are the same as what you are looking for.

Just a thought though but they stumbling block with them is usually the price.

Drb-

Sorry to hear the news mate, I hope it wasn't the drag created from the new spoiler putting too much load on the engine

Photo will be done as soon as I can get out and scrape the layer of salt off that is adorning my car at the moment

Engine management if your'e fitting an STi lump to a UK.

Injectors etc are all different size. Im no expert here, but thought there were ancillaries that need changing. Then as Dij says, you have technically modified your engine, so Mr Insurance needs to know... Im sure there are other issues with the ECu swap, such as immobiliser etc. Although the actual fit is the same...

two wires is the only thing that has to be changed. injectors are the same as mine, link ecu is fitted, just to be finished being mapped and insurance will be sorted

last week

hopefully, all going well with the engine next week and get the mapping finished as soon after that as poss. end of the month for defo if engine is ok anyway. fingers crossed
