I just did the Swissol treatment myself and muist admit that the result is astonishing.
Car bath, Wheel, then claybar, cleaner fluid and for the finish Samurai Wax.
Didn"t know that a car can be soooo smooth.
Deffo recomended...
Creepy
PS : Only downside : You defenitely are addicted to the smell and litlle car park dents and scratches are really accentuated now....

Yes, it was only a touch too cold I guess (only 15 C° in the workshop) so I think that next tipe, with better weather, the wax will be more "user friendly".
Altough the overall finish is briljant.
Just the wheels now and maybe a re-claybar/fluid/wax of the front of the bonnet.

stunning clean car mate! always wanted an RB5, even more so after seeing the colour look that good!
cool plate aswell, did that cost a fortune or didn't the people you bought it from figure out what it meant?
one other thing, what alloy/tyre size are you using? bet you must park a foot away from the kerb!

Skoobidude, the exhaust is the TSL group N 4'' t/pipe,it really makes a lovely noise without driving you insane on long journeys
Creepy, good stuff that Swissol.Innit?...I won't be back in Merksem for a couple of weeks, but the next time you're passing and my car is parked outside
feel free to drop in...i'll even make you a *decent*cup of tea
hoskib,I think you're the first person to ever comment on my plate,it only cost 250 from DVLA!!,..as for the wheels, they were(I've sold them now)18x8 ET48 with 215x35 tyres, not a good combo for the classic(imo)...I had to park so far away from the kerb, that I needed a taxi to get back to the pavement, lol

any pics of your new wheels? i was toying with the idea of changing to 215/35 from 225/35 but seeing the lack of tyre protecting the alloy, think i'll give it a miss, bloody P1 spokes poke out far enough without mashing up the rim aswell

Looks like I'll have to get my Swissol out too! Your RB5 comes up a treat with Swissol. Superb job.
Got to ask what front splitter that is? It looks like a 'rounded off' P1 job.

altho you can't tell from the pic,the 215 tyres are a lot less 'stretched'
with the new P1 wheels than the turini's and there is now at least some rim protection
SL,that splitter is available from DRMotorsports £220 painted IIRC
