Big thumbs up for Oilatum. Not cheap but as near to a miracle product as I've seen.

the sunbed is worth a try - my eczema is virtually clear during the summer but gets worse in cold weather - sunbeds help control it.
only problem is that if i go on a sunbed when the eczema is bad the sweating makes it a lot worse. you'll just have to judge for yourself when a good time is go on.
