You can see one end of it attached to the wastegate actuator (the little drum shaped thing on the side of the turbo. The actuator rod disappears in under the turbo heat shield, the other end is attached to the lever that opens the wastgate. You'll need to take the turbo heat shield off and to get at it. once you have access it's a case of removing the circlip that hold the end of the rod on to the wastgate lever and turning it by 1 turn (or whatever) in the direction that shortens the length of the rod, then putting it all back.
