maybe
Sadly it could be the colour - not everyone's favourite, that's for sure. But hey, i think it's the best colour so I've gotta hope someone out there who wants a pristine Scoob thinks so too!

jokes
If someone doesn't buy it, I'll have to start posting more terrible jokes again and that will upset Trem (among others). Come on, get your cheque books out or else!

So true, Penfold 118 - it is frustrating if things don't sell quickly, but with Scoobs in particular, I think it's almost inevitable.
Bottom line: it's a specialist car. The next owner is out there - but matching up selling with his/her buying is the tough call. Sometimes both are in harmony and it's a quick sale. Otherwise one has to sit and wait.
Too easy to kneejerk react and fear that if it ain't sold inside a week it'll never go unless you offer at a knockdown price. That's a last resort.
It's got another week in Autotrader and then I'll consider my options - but it won't be to slash the price! I know it's worth more than I'm asking, but reckon my compromise price tag is worth persevering with.
Only time will tell!

once more into the breach, dear friends, once more - is it nobler to buy a dog or the best Scoob since sliced bread? Come all ye faithful and bid for my faithful steed.

thanks
Thanks Oldfella - much appreciated! Very difficult to convey in words (and even pictures) just how "new" my car is given that it's really 5 years old.
The good news is that there is interest - Penfold118 seems keen if he can shift his Saxo and a caller yesterday was definitely interested, but at 21 he may find the insurance a £ too far...
I can (almost!) afford to wait for the right buyer at what I still think's a decent price.
PS what are you driving? Do you go along to the Hull Scoobs meet the second Thursday of each month (I've been "going" for 3 months but keep getting dragged away to something else; May is going to the month I finally make it).
