The message I've had is this.
People who ordered early will get their cars in April
the rest will get the cars that filter through in May, June, July and August

Ok from what I can gather people who ordered at the Autosport show and before (i.e. Jan 10th or before) will be in the april batch, those after Jan 10th and before feb 1st could well be in the april batch but more likely to be June/July. those who ordered March and to date will be August.
I am not a dealer and have no connection with Subaru or Prodrive or the like - this is just what i've gathered from my numerous calls to my dealer - i.e. almost daily! so basically I could be wrong
What I know for sure is that no sales director will be calling anyone. They barely have time to call their own dealers to give them more information, let alone 500 people who have ordered a car from them - that make up about 0.5% of worldwide sales!!

Presumably he meant a 54?
That probably won't happen anyway. All the cars are supposed to be pre-registered prior to the PPP and other kit being fitted, so all should be 04's, no matter when they're delivered.

Just a thought if ALL the cars are pre-registered before delivery to you....do they PRE register them in your name ???
otherwise they will be registered to subaru and you will be the SECOND owner????

I must say, having the biggest wr1 dealer makes u like charlie big spuds on here, everyone is going to look up to you now, can you introduce me? lol
You ordered cars, car dealers are gonna blow smoke up ur *** about when it arrives, thats normal, beleive nothing, just accept that you have to wait and get on with ur lives

Having read all the foregoing I rang Quenby at Baldock where I have ordered mine from, basically they have no dates. However, I ordered mine on 20th January and they have told me to expect it late April / early May, no promises though. At the end of the day, these cars will have been produced as a batch in Japan, and nobody in their right mind would hold back delivery of £30K motors for any longer than is absolutely necessary. 499 cars at £30K = £14,970,000, all waiting to go in the bank. EXPECT IT SOOOOOOOOOOOOON
