AE801's are worth 125 roughly, so are 800's its the 802's that are only worth 80-100
the last few PPP ecus have been around 250-300, without p/ex I think it is due to too many people getting Teks' on the group buys![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)
A tek is technically worth more, cos of the license, and mapping etc, NO-ONE in their right mind would remap a PPP ECU (which is a Tek2 )

A PPP ECU is a safe map for any UK MY99/00 car in conjunction with the other bits - decat centre, bb & i/c piping (providing you have a MAF thats functioning correctly
)
Did me very well and a 13.5 1/4 mile![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
That is why on the face of it they have a premium compared to a Tek, which is mapped to the indevidual car but more "aggresively". Not everyone wants to push their engine to see if the manufactured tolerances are correct

That's why it took me ages to decide, but at the last minute I got in on the GB on Tek 3 at BRD.

I still won't be keeping up with you, but at least Darren won't be disappearing over the horizon. If I can almost keep up with him I'll be well chuffed.

If your preference is for a fairly std car, then the PPP will keep it as 'std' as poss, while giving a decent improvement in drivability.
Really depends on what you're gonna do further down the line, including reselling the car.
