Im not si much complaining about daft threads, just dont read em. What Im specifically talking about are obnoxious prats who jump into a thread and accuse or otherwise cause hassle.
Moray's recent encounter with such a person is a point in question.

Rich,
I fly Piper Warriors and Arrow's at the moment out of Oxford (I'll be going onto twin cenica's in a few months once i get my groundschool exams out of the way). I'm halfway through my atpl just a walk in the park you know (especially with the new JAR's)
Where do you fly? I've flown out of Dundee a few times and also Perth (Perth is great to practice landings on the short runway, a few Touch n go's there and you can land anywhere- you probably know this though). How many hours do you have? I'm only in the 90's just now, but it'll soon pick up, i'm determined to get alot of twin time, or get a share in a plane to build up alot of hours fast - wouldn't mind an Aero Commander (lovely planes).
Do you know anywhere in Scotland that has a piper arrow?? I go into full time groundschool and wouldn't mind keeping up with things while that happens... but it needs to be near to home (Dundee). And sure! That would be quite good fun... you can see how flying is the Oxford way...
Ian
PS- to make this relevant to the subject , thankyou ,i'm glad i'm not involved anyway.... and sorry that this posting is not about the subject ... but it is about all jolly good fun... you think driving a scoob is good - try doing some spinning or aerobatics in a zlin
