Mat its fine you bought the car and Im happy for you.
It would have been a shame to break her up. But It would have been nice to be told or answer my phone calls, not read it off a BBS.
I told Phil Weds I wanted the car and he replied.
Im just gonna be more carful when buying a car now.
I hope you enjoy the car buddy. No hard feelings towards you.

Default O well should have known

**** me.....i had the car booked into be broke.....and sell the bits on never lead anyone on...that was the way it was going to be.....

I'm a genuine guy....ray you looked at the car and was happy.....i was happy at that ...Roger Clark were all ready to break the bits off and mail them to the interested parties. so you could have the car as you requested right????

As mat has said he phoned me late thursday night with a view to buying the car with the majority of mods. He viewed the car Friday afternoon....and he got back to me at about 11.30 yesterday (Saturday) and had decided he wanted the car hole...and then turned up with the monies at about 3.00 yesterday and took the hole car for more money than i'd originally advertised for.

Should i have refused the offer? would you guys have done that?

I know its sunday afternoon and this is the first time you guys have heard about it...but i was'nt going to keep things quiet. Just getting over a great losse to me me RB5 WAS everything to me and i was truley gutted yesterday watching Mat take her down the M6 yesterday really truely hurt....

I'm happy in the fact that i had no intentions in pissing anyone else of and am more happy to know that my pride and joy has remained intact and gone to a good home.

Please once again accept my apologies as this is the last time o'm going to give them and please think about what you wpulg have done.

Phil

Come on people give Phil a break, he's had to sell the RB5 due to situations that are out of his control

his intentions were all genuine and you all were gonna get parts for gr8 prices, however Phil had an offer that was sudden and too good to pass on.

I can understand u r all gutted and feel "let down" but think of Phil, a fellow Scooby owner, he's had to SELL his, think how GUTTED he is.

Ray_li: look on our forum, there's plenty of RB5's up for sale, not as modded as Phil's but still MINT!!! http://rb5oc.ipbhost.com

Have to say I was looking forward to getting my STI rear lights but if it were my car I wouldn't have broken her up either given the choice.

Plus, as I'm not spending £150 on STi lights, Pembrokeshire Police force can have the £60 fine they gave me as an Easter present Sunday morning!
