tyres were fine mate, i used my normal day to day wheels & tyres, i had brand new toyos on that had done about 200 miles prior to the trip, so you could safely say they are pretty much scrubbed in now. as i only did 6 laps they're not showing any sign of wear at all.

TBH if you have another set, you could stick em on i suppose, just bare in mind they need to be legal going there and back.

Did anyone take their other halves with them? Only ask as I would probably have to go with the misses and was wondering what to do with her while out on track.

Doubt she'd come along though. Might take her out at Castle Combe for a taster but not quite on the same scale

Nice But be careful using in-car cameras 'cos as of this season in-car vids (and photos for that matter) were banned and I heard tales of people being refused access to the track 'cos they'd been caught

Just to warn you.

Great weekend though. Just a bit of a shame that we never organised a get together before going. Scoobynet seemed to be fair spread across the carpark and I know I didnt meet a lot of people.

James.

The video from inside the Pug is pretty the car looks like alot of fun on the bendy bits It just needs a bit more power for the straights by the look of it but it looks more fun round there to drive than a scoob (because you can drive it 10/10ths)

That exactly right Paul, I aint a good enough driver to be using the scooby at 10 tenths but I feel like im on about 9 tenths in the pug and hoping to be up to ten tenths in a fortnight

Sounds like fun I'm trying to persuade a mate to come over and do it, he's well into his motorsport so fingers crossed.

Yep.

A seasons ban for getting caught filmimg on track as well.

They have marshals (marked and unmarked) continually lapping the track as well to catch people using cameras after they get through the barriers.

Be careful.
