Phil, surprised no-one's picked up on this yet...
Why 3 dead? Who's gonna be the third?
Are we taking bets?
Inferno, eh? Must make sure I take my flamesuit

Puts on THICKO hat and asks...
Who is it that's going to Knottingley to pick their brother up?
Whoever it is, our kid lives in Townville (just up t'road from Knottley) and he's gonna meet up with the rest of us there too.
Can I suggest that you wait at Motorsave, down Racca Green way (almost opposite Springfield Ford) and we'll hook up with you there at about 6:30 / 6:40 ish
This will also allow us time to wait for anyone we may have lost at Hilltop lights
Sticky (Removes THICKO hat and replaces it with Sombrero to say... Head Convoy Honcho)

Hi Sticky
Yep, that was me, picking up brother Dan and his mate...
Great idea to re-group at Motosave, nice parking there and across at Springfield also as an overspill car park
Chris
I am not going to get out of work until 4:00pm, so if the M6 is as bad as it was tonight, I am going to be running late, VERY late. Got home at 7pm tonight
I'll keep you updated as to my progress on route, it will be a very quick change of cars/clothes and car keys, and then ready to rock. Maybe good if you meet me at mine, pretty much as I am walking through the door. If there are traffic problems, i'll run along after you and catch you all up
Cheers

Si, I take it some of the other lads have your mobile no. and vice-versa, just in case you are late, we wouldn't want to hang about all night if you're not gonna make it
Sod the M6, get yourself over Woodhead Pass in a proper Scooby Stylee and you'll be home before you know it

Besides, i'll be in the V Dub, and as good as it is, it just ain't up to those roads when I push. I am sure i'll be there okay, but the weather is not looking clever for the rest of the week so who knows.
I have Harry Boy' number, so no problems contacting if I am having commuting problems...
Cheers

Chris... Yep, spot on!
Tony, did you know that we were drawing the names from a hat? Or did you REALLY want to have you, Darren & Karl in the same WESTON team?
All - If you could bring & pay by cheque, that would help enourmously as the whole bill is £800 and I've paid a 20% deposit and I'm going to have to bring a big calculator to sort this out...
Or I'll end up with the 'Dave' principle with fivers & coins strewn all over a plastic chair with someone counting frantically to kep up.. TVM!
Sticky - Tony Booth, Darren & Karl will be coming down in the convoy. Not sure if that 1,2 or 3 cars though. Tony will no doubt enlighten.

Phil.
We are still to fully agree the comittee (done tonight probably, with a consensus), but you can put me down as chairman in the event that no one else steps forward.
Cheers!
Cya all tonight..

Not too sure about number of vehicles yet. I have a Discovery, Daz has got an M3 convertible (but he's not a hairdresser) and Karl may be in the firm's Berlingo.
See you at Rothwell

Fair play though, we'll spread that talent around..
Apple.. I was going to add something along the lines of me being asked outside to sort out the Chairmans seat.. but I thought that it would be unfair of me to have to beat up so many members...
No charge for spectating.. especially as you may be asked to weild a stopwatch ...

should be good
BTW I dont do cheques and IOU's, it'll be cash & you'll be happy OK !!
