Ok, if someone can convince me this is the way to go and the fact I want to connect it to a Angel. Is this possible ?
I do want some thing that looks good as well as small for my WR1

I need advice on what is the very best

Clive look at the pictures on the previous page of Phil's install.

This will connect to your Angel, and will not be visable whatsoever. Just a tiny black box behind your number plate.

It looks a whole lot better than 3 points & £60 fine!

Are you in?

3 points and 60 squid........lol....... if only, more like a 6 month ban and £500 squid.

Bucski also asked if there's a chance of a discounted Angel as well in this buy?

Very intrested

Can't do anything with Angel's I'm afraid. However you can now get Origin B2's here for silly money:

http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...7&page=2&pp=20

Again, why go for road angel when Origin is the same money? Origin IS the better unit?

Origin it is then, bollocks I know it's going to be needed and money well spent in the long term.
It does fell like my bank account has been raped, beaten and left for dead this month.
30grand on a car and now looking at £350 for a Origin b2 and £250 for a jammer.

Ok count me in, it's my Bday as well today :>)

What and who do we pay, this is the first time for a group buy for me.

Your not planning a trip to the local Table Top Dance Club are you ?

Nice one Clive. Pay nothing at the moment until we have 20 people.

Then we get a web address from the company where we can pay online, and a few days later you get the goods. Simple as that!

Or send me a cheque and your address and I'll do it all for you.

I've just been in touch with the suppliers to check everything is OK.

They said when they told me the price of £220.15 including delivery, that was all 20 delivered to 1 address!

So price has to go up a touch, wish they made themselves abit clearer!

Please email me if you longer wish to be part of it...

Very interested in the above but have a small question.
Read a while back on here about people having problems setting them up, not sure if it was this model but is there anyway to check if the model is working right without trying getting done by the plod!

Mobile vans will give you a indication if it's working. However just make sure you set the unit up to the instructions and it will be fine. If in doubt your local ICE sent can install it in less than 1 hour.

I've had a few people email me asking how they will actually order the device when all 20 people have signed up.

This is very easy...

The shop changes the price on the website at a certain time, of which 20 units can then be purchased. This time will be emailed to everyone nearer the time. You can then order the units directly from the shop, using credit / debit card.

Easy as that!

If that presents a problem, send me a cheque and I will order the unit for you on your behalf.

This is too tempting you swine and i've already spas'd ( ) out my credit card this month! But i feel an LRC-100 from here and a B2 from Jaycee may be on the cards.

Going to have a think later and ring some local ICE installers for a price on installation, unless anyone here can suggest anyone in the Swindon area who comes highly recommended?

Cheers,

Iwan

Iwan,
I'm also based in Swindon and getting the same setup as yourself.
I'm too in the same boat and need a good installer, I was thinking of that place on Manchester road or there is a good place near Titchom Garage, west swindon.

I do need to get myself a B2 as well, how much did you get yours for of Jaycee, does he have any more ?

Cheers

When the LRC100 is connected to the B2, do you still have a seperate switch to turn off the jammer? I guess there's no need for an external LED/beeper when connected to the B2 as the B2 will do the alerting right?

Cheers,

Iwan
