Wow... it's back up! I've got some update to it, including a set of Subaru 4pots(we dont get them standard here in the US ) and some smaller (17") Volk TE-37s that I'm coating bronze/gold. Net up is stuffing an JDM STi V7 or V8 with 6spd and all into that little beast

Cool Mad doc

How long is your arm??? Pat your self on the back!!!

One very beutiful Scooby. Love that colour!!!
I could possibly be interested in one of those splitters as long as they fit the earlier type of bumpers?

93-98 jap/uk style bumpers

Plus what would shipping cost be like from over the pond?

I think I've posted picture of this car here a few times since kieth did originally, normally when soemone says 'whats your fav scoob', as I absolutely adore it, in fact I made a few posts on nasioc as well just recently about it, its just fantastic.

keep up the good work, especially with the polish, looks very shiney!!

Thank you! I appreciate the compliments!

The splitter I have is actually a replica of the P1 splitter, just made in carbon fiber. So I would assume you would need the 99 and on bumper (Version 5 no?) I know the splitter does run about $300 USD, and shipping within the US was around $50 USD. No idea what shipping would be like from here on over!

Dave, thanks! New wheels are on the way (well... sitting in my room ) I've downsized to 17" Volk wheels, they're white, but I'd like to recoat them. I wanted to attempt Gold, but I'm unsure how I like gold on Red Mica.

Car looks perfect as is !!! I think bronze would not look as good, anthracit or chrome is the best! Nice job! Just do the MY03 STI internal conversion (engine, gearbox etc., maybe a MY03 STI steering wheel and it is set). Love this car...

Ok, how about I leave them white? White on Red Mica? Mind you, I'm keeping the wheels that are currently on it as well

I just don't think you will improve the car which is a compliment to you. I personally don't like gold alloys. I think they look cheap.

Fancy sending me a PM with some details?

Couldn't agree more with what's been said already. Awesome-simply awesome! Don't do the gold wheels please it looks fantastic as it is. (Just get that conversion done and you'll be to busy driving it to polish it any more!)

STi wanna Subaru, I'm looking for a smaller wheel to drive around on, or for the track (or both ) so I opted for a set of 17" Volks... 15lbs. I got them for a steal... $950USD. Only problem is that they are white, i was thinking a different color since I already have a set of 18" Volks in anthracite. But maybe anthracite again, or black? Bronze? bronze/gold? I got it... Red Mica with a polished lip

7 Foot, I'd be willing to try and help, but I don't know where the company has gone. I haven't heard from them in awhile... http://www.seibon.com/Products/CFLip/CFLipSubaru.htm is their website. or http://www.z1auto.com also sells them. I am almost tempted to sell mine to purchase another type of carbon splitter.

Ray li, I found the spoiler on a whim, and it was also at an extreme discount, $199USD for the replica. Since then, everyone has been in search of the spoiler, even over here!

Stiff, the coversion is a little difficult right now... in college, no good income the entire conversion will cost ~$8-10,000 USD

Love to take some... in the spring The car is home in New York and I'm 300 miles away at school in Maryland... besides, no changes yet, except for a nice dent in the door from a ignorant woman's door and a scrape across my rear bumper due to my stupidity

Mad Doc - Thanks for the links buddy. Will look into them over the weekend.

If you do decide to sell the splitter I am seriously interested. I understand it may be more hassle for you to ship it over here than sell it in the states but I want it I WANT IT!!!

Thanks again.
