I worked hard to get the car and still had a massive loan taken out for a NON turbo car 
(which was just paid off!) and I've also had it for 3 years now! I stayed close to home for college first two years and worked as much as possible when I wasn't at school. Then this year I decided to try else where

Suspension is something you guys probably never would run... full JIC FLT-A2 coilovers. they are definately stiff and definately a track coilover.
Honestly, I don't know what prevented the GC8 in the states. I think Subaru didn't believe there'd be a demand for an "ugly" fast turbocharged car in the States, nothing from 1993 here until 2002 was turbocharged from Subaru. Then people started putting turbo kits on em and demanding a turbocharged version after they had found out about the car overseas and what it's specs were. Emissions, I doubt, lack of interest, probably. In the last 2-3 years we've had a boom in the sport compact car market for turbocharged beasts

but the only difference in appearence is the scoop.......
