Depending which way you come from, there is also a shell station at junction 36 of the M62, just outside Goole. Other than that, they are like hens teeth around here.

I always stop on the M18 services where I am able to obtain BP Super (Ultimate)

& knowing Shell's reserves, chances are they'll run out of Optimax

Well, I normally use Sainsbury's Super Unleaded as juice of choice but I don't know where there is one one the way up (M18, M62 east then wiggle through the countryside from Howden)

I have found sainsbury's SUL to be better than BP ultimate.

If you follow the M62, then A63 towards Hull, there's a Sainsbury's about 1-2 miles after you go under the Humber Bridge.

There's also a Shell garage on the A63 on the way out of Hull towards the M62 at Brough, just after the traffic lights.

You need to add you name to
www.scoobyshootout.co.uk and I am sure Peccy would then be in touch assuming there is still spaces.

Just had a call from work and my rota has been changed!!!!!

I'm going to be away on the day!!!!! (middle of a 4 week trip).

Now......I've paid my fee......(I'm SCOOB UK by the way) (Alter-ego)
Can someone take my place???

How about my fee......is it lost, or can I get it back?? Maybe whoever takes my place can just send me it??

No bullsh*t her.....I do work away (offshore) and I'll be in Norway.

Cheers,

Marty

I would say to prevent the event and future of the event constantly losing money that its too late to get your deposit back. I'm sure you won't miss the £30, I know that i won't if for any reason something happens to my car (and it usually does )

It happened last year everyone signs up for the event and then only half turn up! I should imagine thats why the pay up front format was taken. Then at least the event won't run at a loss!

you need to bring helmets, as the odd one or two loan ones are always taken quickly. a cheap open face will suffice.

we did state early on that no refunds would be possible after 1st may, we are still approx 40 cars short at the minute of the original entry list, due to drop outs and non payers.
if someone you know wants to take your place and pay you direct for it, fine, email peccy with the change of names and reg number before the 19th may.

unless we fill the event , then after the 19th may we will have to open it as a rwyb to ensure we get enough cars to the event. 100 scooby people pre registered and took places, its time for them to pay up or we will fill the places where we can.
cheers

Thinking of having a go in our 2nd scoob that we've just bought (348bhp/352lb ft ) but would need to borrow a helmet. Anyone any ideas where I can borrow one/buy an el cheapo?

Drop me a mail or a PM
