aye, that's why I feel like sleeping all the time and surf the net @ work all day. No energy for anything else

I'm lucky to live out in some great countryside, so going for a jog on a nice summers night feels great. My routine certainly didn't look like that over winter

It won't get you superfit (unless you run up the *******), but it's fantastic for building a good level of basic fitness and I can throughly recommend it. That's why I still try and get out on the hills as often as possible. Fantastic scenery, lots of fresh air and peace and quiet - can't ask for much more. Plus there bang on your doorstep.

Amen to that - you don't anywhere near to things like this in the gym...

Wales has some fine scenery - only bettered by Scotland

If the weathers good this weekend I'll be off up some of those myself.

interesting that you know how they sound when they come

Doesn't look that healthy to me.....no need for all that noise. Meatheads
join a decent gym with proper lifters and see what's going on. those who grunt are just pretending, and are NOT found in proper gyms. if you're able to grunt, there's not enough weight on the bar.

dont build a pathological dislike for weight trainers based on your limited experience with muppets at your local gym.
