I think i saw you last week over by B&Q in a black STI. Was it you? Whats happening in Fort william? What time are you leaving on Sunday? And where from? Cheers Gary
Hiya, McGary,
From Inverness. Parked at B&Q , def not me! May have been passing cos i stay that side of town. What were u driving at the time?
Re Fort William, there's a big LEGAL cruise on. Think 2 mags r going to be there. 1st ever one, so everyone seems to be heading thru.
Knew halowrx was going to sell his car, but didn't realise he'd sold it so quickly! As for geeWR1, i'd be dying to show the car off if i was him
Dont know what time to leave on Sunday morn - what ya think?

Cheers.

I've been on the track before, helmets aren't required but if you want to wear one then go for it.

Mike16v,

it's McLeod right enough (I've known the family for years). We were driving out to me mums a few years back in heavy snow, and we were videoing it to send to a friend down under. When we passed her she noticed and waved - probably thought we were BBC.

As for that corner, I've been a passenger in a Ferrari going round there at more than 80. Don't want to say how much more, but I did have to throw out the pants I had on

She used to walk into Alford twice a day to hand her list of reg's into to Police. They don't take any notice of her, at best they humour her.

Hello Miss Scooby sti, I was in a p1 when you passed and i think i might of been at Harveys. Is that better than B&Q? I Called a few boys that are up for going down but just have to sort out a time. I called GeeWR1 and i think he was going to get in touch with you. He is up for it also. He thought about 7.30 - 8ish but i do not know. Any ideas? Cheers Gary

Just to say that anyone using the track is welcome to take passengers out, in exchange for collecting money for Cash For Kids

We'll try to raise as much money as we can for this excellent cause (which we have supported in the past to the tune of £600!!)

Cheers

Default Looks like I will be there

Having missed the first two track days with being stuck in Norway, it looks like I will be home in time for Alford, if the Norge ******* get their collective fingers out and finish some work today I will fly home tomorrow.

Has anyone put in an order for good weather ? I can bring some with me if you like

CT - please do bring some good weather with you. I've made more than the usual offerings/sacrifices, so lets just hope it works

I know exactly which car u mean I was driving across town to my m8's when I saw it coming the other way, and did wonder where the tasty P1 had appeared from! I apologise for not waving, but no-one does the scooby wave in the not-so-big city, so i've given up!
Cheers.

Thumbs up JohnS, KenR, RobD & co,

My Brother has arranged for 616 ARL to be delivered to Alford for 10ish. He will loook for one of you, if you see him coming in maybe you will take the car off him as he is not staying around. He might not be driving the Sti, but if you see a 5.7 lt blue Firebird…that will be him! He will collect the car if required later in the day.

The car has the power pack & air compressor to jack the tyres up for the track, roof scoop and info sheets for display in it. He will ½ fuel it with Optimax and it will be ready for RobD to play with on the track.

Have fun and I hope it is dry.
Jools

We will miss you Jools tomorrow!

Unfortunately, I will not be able to take my own seed out on the track (look for the cheesy old red Jag with an oil slick below it! ), although I should be able to blag a drive of the kit am towing out.
