Well, looked like he (eventually) turned up, then took us on a tour of the Derbyshire Peaks before finally getting us to your abode.
We've just got home, and would like to say a big THANKYOU to Chris and Kath for a great afternoon.
What a top bunch of people we now have the privilege to call friends, and all through the ownership of a second rate, understeering, common, WR blue, four wheeled piece of junk (sorry, the Evo owner showing through)
Seriously. We're well chuffed to be able to call you all friends.
We're currently looking at sorting out a short notice evening back at our's following the NBO next week. With a view to (weather permitting) putting the TV in the window and sitting outside to cheer England on in their first Euro 2004 match. Coupled with a BBQ and a few beers, should be a decent post NBO evening.
Keep yer eyes peeled.

Andy, that's the best suggestion you've had today..
Can't beat a few good friends, some beer a BBQ and a good football match to make a perfect day... No pressure.. but send the directions by PM

Did I write that? Must have had more to drink than I thought!
Okay, I'll discuss it with the missus and sort something out by midweek. If we leave Lightwater Valley at a decent time we can get home, fire up the barbie, sort out the telly and speakers and be settled down in plenty of time for a 7:45 KO.
Or we could forget about the BBQ and frighten the life out of the local pizza place with a large order

Many thanks again to Chris & Kath for the invite. Good to see you all again although 10 blokes in a bedroom on their own was a bit much for me!
150 miles now on the bike - dying to let it rip Scoob finally in today so should be back in it again (finger's crossed!) for the next meet
