ordered my second WR1 sat may 23rd ( first one i canceled as i was no 4 )
Paid 1 K deposit on the day.
Dealer phoned me thurs 27th May asking for Insurance, licence details etc, hes now taxed and plated the WR1 and is now going to Prodrive. Tuesday 1st June
Hopefully another 2 weeks to go.

Deposit paid.
Car is insured, taxed and in my name and at Prodrive (where they all are anyway iirc?)
Told 2 weeks, I'll believe that when I see it, but I can assure anyone that balance of monies will be done so they clear on the day of collection and I haven't been told otherwise. The dealer has told me that they do have to pay for them pre-ProDrive, but that ain't my problem, it's theirs.
There is no way any more money is leaving my account until delivery day (which will be 1 day after dealer gets it so all can be arranged easily enough).

My car has been insured,taxed for two weeks.Dealer not sure when I will get it.Phoned IM today ,told me to ask dealer!!Explained dealer had no idea how far car was off arriving!IM then said they will check it out for me and phone dealer who will then phone me and let me know!!!!!!!!! Today or tomorrow.
Phoned dealer back to inform him IM will be in touch to let him know what I want to know!!
Dealer then said he would appreciate the check for the car,as he had paid for it to IM.
Let me know where the ****** is first I thinks!!!!!

Just got mine last week. Paid deposit in Jan, and had to pay in full and get insured before ordering. Promised delivery of 2 weeks from paying stretched to just over 4 weeks. After lots of complaining about losing a months worth of warranty, insurance and tax, am getting first 2 services completely free. It's worth complaining -- I have never had to pay in full up front before, well before receiving the car. Mind you it has all been worth it!! Seriously nice car to drive. Much easier to live with than the Evo's.

Some Progress
The plot thickens. I told the dealer what IM said, so the dealer phoned IM and say they have been told that the car HAS been PPP'd etc and is now just waiting transportation to the dealer.
Positive news
Got my pack through on Saturday morning so at least that is reassuring. Ive got WR1 #204.
Did make me chuckle though that accompanying letter tells you to take the plaque and tax disc holder to the dealer to have them fitted and even better telling you that you can get a TDH accessory pack complete with extra sticky pads and an allen key. You would have thought they could have run to a correct sized allen key as part of the pack for £29,995! rotfl
So hopefully not too much longer to wait and off to Le Mans tomorrow so at least I won't be thinking about it as much for the next 6 or 7 days.

Received my pack last Thurs.Been told by dealer car is now in transportation.Should be here by the end of week,or next Mon by the latest.Need to keep myself busy,to stop me thinkin about it.I hate waiting for anything!!!!!!

My WR1 has just had it's 1000 Mile service (thanks to the lovely people @ Tiley of Bristol)......................WOW!!
Much faster than my old STi PPP.....................the WR1's acceleration is simply explosive...............!!

Just took delivery of mine today, WOW!
All the waiting is soon forgoten when u see it sitting outside dealership waiting for u.
Only thing is once u stop waiting for the car u then have to wait for 1st 1000miles.
Managed 140 of them so far.
Scooby Lee u must be having lots of fun now u keep the pedal pressed passed 4000rpm.

Delivery was 5 Days after the pack arrived (7 days after registration).
