I know it's bad enough to lose a little'un, but much harder to take when the experience is made worse by fvuckwit staff
Nowt I can suggest then except to ask around neighbours etc when you move for any experiences, good or bad, with the local places.

I guess there are bad apples in any profession
Given the amount of teamworking in the NHS, you'd hope the majority of mistakes would not happen.
Certainly all the NHS doctors & nurses I know give it 100%.
Human error, is sadly a trait of any profession, and in some professions, has life-threatning consequences. Be it airline staff (pilots, maintenance staff), medical staff, nuclear power station staff, etc etc. Hopefully lessons are learnt from every mistake.
Doesn't make it any easier for the bereaved of course

I cried when i saw the pic (very hormonal lol) as that is how my babys hand will look now (same age). I speak to a lady that had the very same operation done, she was the 101st person in America to have the operation performed and now her Son has a brilliant quality of life and is 4 years old!
