If you search the forums for sti panel filter there are numerouse threads praising the performace increases by using one... over 50 orderes in a couple of days cant be wrong..

They are one of the best filters you can get, they flow better than the standard filter or most other filters, they are not a oiled type filter so you should not have any problems with them buggering up your MAF sensor which some of them have been reported to do

In your air-box, when you open the bonnet you will see a oblong black box on the drivers side just in front of the front suspension strut.
