Ian,
Considering a Type "C" T25 but would there be much difference between "C" with the original higher rev range 2.0L and the more torquey 2.5L engine?

Tony,

Wouldn't ask me mate, I know nothing about cars. I will say this though, the Type 25 is the first scoob I've said I would actually buy, if I had the money.

Have a word with Litcho as he is intimate with both and will tell you how it is, you have to remember he is an enthusiast first, car salesman second.

Cheers

Some pretty impressive driving on that.
Who was it?
Great nerve to not bottle it as it heads towards (and then onto) the grass!!

Cheers Ian!

Weigh up the power band flexibility based on RPM limit and capacity.

By my estimations you would need a 2.2 revving to about 8000 to match the flexibility of a 2.5 revving to 7000.

Litchfield offers Legacy and Forester Turbo's too.

Is there anyone who knows if they have actually sold
these cars?

Greetings,
SRX!

There are rumours of new MY05JDMSti's having dual cooling intercooler.

The modified top mount plus water cooled section, cooled buy small front mount. a cross between Impreza and Legacy intercooler methods

I need to pester Iain tomorrow anyway, so I'll check with him then.

I have a brochure for the MY05 JDM STI in front of me right now, though, and although my Japanese is a bit rusty, I don't see anything about new or modified intercoolers. There are, however, little diagrams showing the G sensor, new LSD, exhaust headers, EBD, underbody aero improvements and a few other bits & bobs I don't even recognise.

That's why I need to pester Iain - it was supposed to be going on the boat on Friday. I'm not too bothered if it's late, though, since I'm not supposed to collect it until Sept 1st so I can get a '54' plate.

I did m8, wasn't having a pop at the T25... want one... was more a giggle at the performance figures of the Wr... It should have been all over the T25, and if the 11.3 to 100 time is correct a long way infront of your T25... After all the engine work and emence torque the 25 produces this is a little wishfull thinking...!

Saying that, I was sat in the same line of cars as you at elvington... with my motor cooking...!

Anyone found thos 16 stallions yet????
