Neil - I adjusted the actuator too - I could just turn the wastegate with my fingers, so I adjusted it up, till it needed around 4-5 mm pull to get on the post - Seems nice and tight now...
My TD04 piping defo has a restrictor.
I don't know 'how it is' to be honest, as I'm driving totally off boost and under 4K revs, till the re-map (Out of interest, I'm bining the PE remap and going Apexi PFC and AVC-R) - but it does feel slightly different - but I'm sure its not...
Certainly had no 'running' issues as such - still starts first time and just drives as normal - no 'funnies' - At no boost, I wouldn't expect any KL activity (!) and there is none, the AFR is showing the usually 'flickies', together with a nice 'knightrider' when throttle off... so no probs there either... I did get a small water leak at first, from the upper water pipe to the turbo, probably due to disturbing the pipe, but I've replaced the 'spring' style clips with Jubilees and it seems OK - Will check it each night this week to be sure....
Cheers,
Mark

I'll answer that in the other thread..... Tomorrow, when I've driven it on familiar roads, not just down the motorway !
Besides, I picked today to have a migraine, so Jayne drove it all but 30 miles !
She seemed Pleased though
