The whole system was put up to make money anyway B2Z, I would object too on principle. Its ironic that they are losing money overall as well. Its the forerunner of Big Brother, the original one I mean!

Thanks Les, at least someone agrees with me. I decided to phone them up and ask and they said they totally understand my grievance with being on the boundary but I will still have to pay, even if it is just a few yards. So I said what happens if I cover my number plate up for the few yards I have to travel? She said there is nothing they can do if I do that. I said thanks i'll take my chances then 
I will pay it cos I know my luck and I will either get caught by a copper or they will get my plate off a security camera further down the road out of the charge area and fine me
Its just a principle thing for me and think its a bloody rip off.

surely they don't charge you if you leave, just if you enter? Otherwise all the motorists inside london when the charge was first switched on were instantly prisoners and couldn't leave london without paying?
