losing lots of fat in a short time. ideas?

went for a good bike ride though.

same here well not that much it was 16.2 to 13.5 in 4 months
but i'm sure milo would hack me with a penknife if i ever told how i did it,
just started to eat *ahem* sensibly now so about 12.10 or .8
i must admit it the joyous moments is when people so suddenly looks at you, then say have you lost some weight?
that is so nice, even though when you look at yourself in the mirror everyday you don't really notice it at all.
the only other time i noticed it when i say photos that was taken at xmas,
there it was a pig in my old clothes
