Think about how much the police like firearms at present before buying yourself something with over 12 ft/lb. ISTR there was talk of a mandatory 5-year prison sentence for possession of a firearm without a licence...

..and boy does a standard .22 rifle round look dinky compared to a 5.56mm SA80 ball round. The convertor kits for the SA80 were really odd ball, but they seemed to work.

Bash0rz I've got so may rifles, but like most owners I love them all.
If your near to Essec down and I'll take you out and show you some 'boys toys'.
Also I can get you a major discount in The Airgun Centre in Rayleigh
http://www.theairguncentre.co.uk
If you call them just mention the name bad boy and they will sort you out.

Is that £300 for a kit or just for the rifle? You can get an Air Arms S400 for £300. But then you will need charging kit etc which whacks the price up.
A good springer is the Air Arms TX200 - a lot of peeps at my club shoot them and they aint far behind the top PCP scores in HFT events. Think they are around £250.
The best website for advice is http://www.airgunbbs.com/forums - they have a "For Sale" Forum as well.
Cheers,
Simon.

I would go for the Weihrauch HW90 over the TX200, as lovely as the TX is.
It's £337 for a combo, at http://www.theairguncentre.co.uk But Speak to Tel or Steve, tell them the Bad Boy sent ya, and hopefully they should be able to get it in budget.

If you go for " Mr 12 ftlb's " then the HW 90, get a .177.
*If you go for "sod it " then the HW 90, look for one in .22 with valve & foot pump.
*If you go for " Fcuck em' I'll pop a hot cap in their *** " then the HW 90, get a .177 with a foot pump. Rabbits at 60 yds, can't beat it.
*disclaimer, all sold via the "loot " *
