I like Midlife's suggestion - front and back bottoms.
What else could you describe it as?? I suppose it's correct both anatomicaly and geographicaly!

My daughter was always told that it was a vagina - her and her friends called it whatever they made up at the time ..... seemed to work perfectly!

Not appropriate for a 4 year old but "Kitty Flaps" comes to mind.
Would it not be easier to have a quiet word with her teacher at school and see what they suggest, or talk to other parents in her class?

My nephew asked his Mum what a lady's bits were called and she said "well you have a winky and girls have wonkies".
I'm sure this is not good for the boy and will be learning him up real soon.
