*>!*ing car park dents
#31
I seem to attract more than small dings in my scoob. For example, I was recently in Hull on a training course. I parked my car all on it's lonesome in a restaurant car park while I had a spot of lunch with 3 fellow students. We were sat outside on the patio area when a Rover 75 comes into the car park and decides to park right next to mine (the sheep syndrome). In the process, he runs his front bumper down both passenger doors which was witnessed by myself and my mates. The guy does a quick check and then decides that he doesn't want to park next to my scoob any longer so I run over to educate him in the error of his ways. It turns out he is an American tourist driving a hire car. His excuse...."I can't get used to driving these big British cars". ROFL.
I just get that damage fixed and have my car parked in a local multi-story (taking up 2 spots). I return to find my front bumper bent and scratched, wing scratched and indicator hanging out. Luckily, the culprit escaped before I got back .

How about getting some of them things they have on the side of boats, that stop damage as you tie it up next to the Jetty.Keep some in your boot and then drape them over the car resting on either side,to protect the car from dipsh!ts that dont give a toss!!!!!!!!
Or some old tyres as a cheaper option!!!!!
