N.Yorks have several. There's a marked up classic that I see a lot pottering around Grassington, another which hangs about over near Lindley Wood covering the A59. They have (or used to) a red and green classic, have just got a blue unmarked STi8PPP (very hard to spot - no visible lights at all) and I've heard Ilkley have an unmarked Hayabusa One of the NY bobbies posts on here so I'm sure he may enlighten us further.

X752 NWR is a North Yorkshire Police Subaru Impreza. This is one of a small fleet of 8 that NYP have for traffic police use. It is the Prodrive-tuned World Rally version giving it a 4.6 second 0-60 mph time and a top speed of 152 mph.

Most traffic cars have sump guards etc.
Vectra V6s have, sump guards, uprated suspension (off the GSi), uprated brakes and ducts that run to the brakes and a few other minor tweaks like different seats and roof liner is different.
Greater Manchester used to run a fleet of unmarked saph cossies, they purchased all the computer kit from ford and from the ones I went for a play in were running more boost for sure. However they all got sold off as they cost too much to run and were replaced with Astra GSi and Escort RS2000, if anyone ever saw "X Cars" on BBC1 about 1996 will know what I mean.
