There youve got me; I know a lot about water cooled Porsches but not that much about Mitsubishi; I had wondered about the term 'Tiptronic' though as Porsche always included a copyright symbol in literature when it was introduced...

The balancer shaft isnt actually stolen from Mitsubishi though, its licensed; Porsche paid MMC $8 for every engine that was produced.
